Welcome to Live In Fitness Retreat. This website and our SMS services are owned and operated by Fitness Retreat LLC, located at our single facility in Scottsdale, Arizona. By accessing our website or opting into our text messaging program, you agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms also apply to communications branded as Fit Culture LLC.
1. AGE RESTRICTION
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website or our SMS service. By providing your phone number and opting in, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
2. SMS/MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS
By providing your mobile number and checking the opt-in boxes on our website forms, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages from Fitness Retreat LLC (dba Live In Fitness and Fit Culture LLC).
Message Type Disclosure: Subscribed users will receive transactional alerts, account updates, intake call reminders, and promotional marketing messages (such as fitness tips and flash sales) related to our Scottsdale retreat.
Message Frequency Disclosure: Message frequency varies. You will receive messages as needed based on your inquiries and subscription status.
Opt-out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a one-time SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up as you did the first time.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. MEDICAL & RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Results vary and testimonials do not represent typical results. Live In Fitness involves high-intensity cardiovascular exercise and weight lifting. You assume all risks inherent in exercise and nutrition programs. You should not begin any program without the written consent of your doctor.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including logos, text, and media, is the property of Fitness Retreat LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Fitness Retreat LLC and Fit Culture LLC shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our website or participation in our fitness programs beyond the scope of our signed physical participation waivers.
