Raquel Lost 10 Pounds in 2 weeks

Raquel is a 38 year old Lawyer from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. In 2014, she moved from Brazil to the United States and started to notice a change in her weight. Stressful thoughts and low energy took over her body and she knew then she had to make a change to her own health. In 2017, she found the Live in Fitness program online and first met Eric. V at the South Carolina retreat.


Us: “Did and if so, how did the experience and change impact you in school and did it help you in any future life choices and decisions?”


Her: “LIF has taught me to focus more on my self-care and to understand more about what nutrients I put in my body.”


Eric V. ‘s program portrays a-lot of health and nutrition aspects. Raquel learned how much protein, carbs, and fats she should be intaking daily. “Eric’s food and nutrition knowledge is really beneficial. I love hearing the lectures about it! Very detailed.” -Raquel Not only did the lectures help benefit her but also the exercise classes pushed her!

Accountability is a big factor when it comes to the program at Live in Fitness. The detailed lectures, exercise classes, exercise testings, and meal plans are very crucial to the clients.
