Natasha lost over 15 lbs at Live-in-Fitness in her 1st week.

Natasha is from Annapolis, Maryland.   A wife and mother to her beautiful family and also is an Interior Designer by profession.  Like many menopause came as a hard shock not only to her but also to her body. Natasha’s body was changing and she gained started to gain weight in her waist at a rapid pace feeling uncomfortable in her own body and struggling with mobility and lack of energy. She always led an active lifestyle boating, swimming, always involved around sporting events.  Always in social settings with friends, she recently saw a photo with college friends where everyone looked fitter than herself. This is when Natasha decided it was time to make a change in herself and chose Live-in-Fitness.

Natasha chose Live-in-Fitness as her son lives close-by in California and the program was a great value and affordable.

When asked about her stay?

I am so excited and amazed with my progress.  I expected a shock to my system with no caffeine and no sugar and it worked.  I have clarity in my mind I am feeling so much stronger, encouraged by my clothes fitting better- (2 inches from my waist in 2 weeks). Having all the food prepared is such a gift, delicious cuisine considering no dairy & no butter.  I also keep a food journal as accountability.

The classes are so great offering a wide variety and are engaging. I partook in basketball, football and even soccer drills which left me feeling like a kid again.  The lectures are inspiring and I am learning and growing everyday to improve my mind, body & soul. Everyone here is so great. I chose to have a bright outlook with the help and guidance of  LIF. I truly understand what I need to do and the steps I need to take at home to live my best life. The only limitations are the ones we put on ourselves.

Motivation – Being my best self for my children & grandchildren is my ultimate motivation because I want to be around as long as I possibly can to enjoy them.
