Client of the Week: Jeramine lost 31 lbs in two weeks. Amazing Results

ll my life I have been big. But I was also always active in sports. Being active kept my weight in check. About 6 years ago

I stopped going out

and only focusing on work. In that time my weight ballooned to over 600 pounds. I received an health intervention on the Doctors television program.

Which led me to live in fitness. I needed a Fitness  Retreat or fat camp.

I expected to be pushed to my limits and beyond. I wanted a challenge and that’s exactly what I got.

 I am very proud of my progress so far I’ve lost over 200 pounds. I try not to get to excited because I know i still have a long way to go.

The meals are extremely important I’ve learned that it’s 80%diet. Getting to the point where I can play sports has been beneficial.

Heres my advice:  Show up to classes you don’t loose if u don’t put in the work. Also push yourself you must get out of your comfort zone.

Even if your best is only 70% of normal give it your all. I have noticed the people who are not as motivated and have excuses lose the least amount of weight.
