“Time is Ticking, MAKE THE CHANGE!”

Live in Fitness is on fire by delivering absolute phenomenal results! Let me introduce to you Greg Caudill from Vanceburg, Kentucky. By an internet search, he found Live in Fitness and was sold by what he saw on the website, “I was looking on the internet, places for middle-aged people to go and get fit, like a boot camp because I’ve been in the military. I didn’t know there was anything like this and there it was ‘number one in the world’ and I was like, that’s it for me. That was about, over a month ago. I knew I had to do it. Once I paid for it, I told myself, there is no going back, I must do this within a year. I did this on purpose for my well-being.”  In search of a lifestyle change, Greg was able to find a solution to his problem. With this solution, Greg has been making power strides towards his goals. This is his story

Greg continues how his weight change impacted his life, “I wasn’t used to it. It was a chore to bend over and tie my shoe. I never had a stomach in my way. I literally had to practice my breathing when I would tie my shoe. I would be thinking to myself, while doing this, ‘what the hell is this?’ I didn’t like it. Going up the stairs was hard. I would be huffing and puffing. I thought, wow…it started to scare me. The lying around for a couple of months made it worse, my sciatica. It affected my posture, my back, it just affected me overall. My biggest struggle was developing bad habits and eating wrong. I drank too many energy drinks for energy. Drinking energy drinks would throw off my sleeping schedule. I couldn’t function. I wasn’t social. I taught my grandson to jump before he could walk. Sometimes, he would want to jump in my arms, but I couldn’t because of my stomach.”

Before arrival, Greg didn’t know what to expect, “I didn’t expect it to be this tough. I didn’t expect it to work as fast. I didn’t expect the trainers to care so much for the people. What I expect now, I already exceeded my expectations, so that’s a tough question. I expect to keep myself in check. I know they [coaches] will do their job and I just have to keep doing me.”

Greg explains how ecstatic he is from his progress so far, “I feel wonderful about my progress. I want to make all of what I’ve learned here, a habit.  I want to keep progressing. If I am going forward, then I’m going to live healthy. Like Eric says, live!”

This program is designed for success. As Greg shares, he explains what has worked for him so far, “The personal training because even though I thought I knew how to lift, the extra 30% that you don’t know, do the weight or whatever, is something I can take for myself and teach my family. I like the stretching sessions. If it wasn’t for the stretching, I would’ve pulled or strained something. I wouldn’t be able to do things I am able to do, like the hikes. This is what I’ve learned and evidently, it works. My progress shows for it.”

Live in Fitness takes pride in delivering a diverse schedule to everyone, from different walks of life, can enjoy. Greg shares some of his favorite meals and classes he’s enjoyed thus far, “The cardio dance was awesome. The butts and guts class was great. I also thoroughly enjoy the hikes, they’re beautiful. My favorite meal has been, hands down, taco Tuesday! Overall, there is no rating I can rate high enough for this place. The people have been superb. You make a bond with these people. It’s special’

Overall, Greg has been kicking butt here at Live in Fitness. Every day, he deliberately puts in effort to get one day closer to his goals. By completing his first week, Greg shares some wisdom to those that are still on the edge about wanting to attend this program, “Don’t wait. The hourglass is going. Building better habits and increasing lean muscle mass puts more sand to the top of the hourglass. Your life clock is ticking, it’s time to make that change.”
