A protein-packed muffin perfect for a snack.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350. Mix Kodiak mix with baking soda. Add milk, egg, vanilla, and coconut oil. Stir until smooth. Mix in blueberries.
- Line cupcake tin with muffin liners (or spray the muffin pan with non stick oil). Fill 12 muffin liners evenly using all of the mix. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. Store in an airtight container.
