Take-Home Snack: Banana Cream Custard (Protein Replacement Meal)
Day Two
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and cran/blueberry muffin
Lunch: BBQ Pork Sandwich and Coleslaw
Snack: Chocolate and Pb Protein Shake
Dinner: Side salad and Turkey meatloaf with asparagus

our fitness retreat has had Thousands of Success stories.
We have 3 fitness levels here, beginner, intermediate & advanced. Based on your incoming data and assessments conducted on sight, our expert staff will place you in the appropriate level to maximize your results while keeping you safe. We have a complete low impact room for Level 1 guests and all classes are modified for each level of fitness from level 1 (beginner) to level 3 (advanced/athlete) including Hiking, Spinning, Boxing, Sports, Circuit classes, and much, much more.
