Every Day Starts with a fun hiking adventure geared toward each fitness level!

We have 3 fitness levels here, beginner, intermediate & advanced. Based on your incoming data and assessments conducted on sight, our expert staff will place you in the appropriate level to maximize your results while keeping you safe.  We have a complete low impact room for Level 1 guests and all classes are modified for each level of fitness from level 1 (beginner) to level 3 (advanced/athlete) including Hiking, Spinning, Boxing, Sports, Circuit classes, and much, much more.

Level 1  Beginner/Intermediate

5:00 – Snack

5:30 – Big Mountain Hike

8:00 –  Breakfast

9:00 – Beginner circuit

10:00 – Cardio HIT

11:30 – Lunch

12:00 – Behavioral Lecture/Workshop

1:00 – Boxing

3:00 – Snack or Superfood Shake

3:30 – Nutrition 101

Breakfast: Blueberry pancake with poached egg and turkey bacon
Lunch: Fish and chips with tossed salad (Sub Chicken Fingers and chips)
Snack: Crudite & Hummus
Dinner: Tomato/Red pepper bisque, Lamb chops, sweet potatoes and snow peas
Take-Home Snack: Banana Cream Custard (Protein Replacement Meal)

Day Two
