We will be taking you on a fitness adventure that will transform your body and mind. Our professional trainers will start you off with a schedule catered to what your body needs. We are able to do this through our personalized testing, making sure that each individual gets the exact attention they need to accomplish their goals and beyond.

Nutrition and Meal Plan

At Live In Fitness Retreat, we don’t offer a cookie-cutter program or promote the latest fad diet. Instead, we ensure that you reach your goals by customizing your meal plan based on your test results. First, We determine how many grams of protein, carbohydrates and fat should be in each of your meals. Then our chef weighs out the micronutrients and calories your body needs to maximize and guarantee your success.

Testing

We provide full-range, state-of-the-art physiological testing to determine where you are physically when start your program. We then take the results and implement a nutrition and workout program tailored to scientifically ensure your success. Some of the testing, nothing painful, you’ll undergo includes: RMR testing, VO2 Max, Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing, Real Age Technology

Yoga and Spinning

Live In Fitness Retreat offers many classes and workshops including Yoga, Spinning, Aerobics, and other cardio classes. We have a variety of courses meant to excite and fulfill our clients minds and bodies.

Fitness Adventures Around LA

Los Angeles is filled with beautiful scenery and locations. From the Hollywood Hills to the beaches of Malibu, we have every thing you could ask for. We plan weekly hiking excursions, water sports, surfing, and other great outdoor activities. It’s important for us to give you a true taste of what California has to offer while you’re here so you leave feeling like you had a true adventure.

Coached Exercise

Our trainers, coaches, nutritionists, spa therapists and entire staff at Fitness Retreat will map out a well-crafted exercise with you to ensure optimal results. You will have a structured schedule that includes 5 to 7 hours of various training programs. Be ready to be treated like a professional athlete, because, although we motivate you at your pace, we will push you to new heights, helping you reach your true potential.

From the day you walk into Live In Fitness Retreat we start preparing you for the real world. The true test is how well you can do when you go back home.  We have a complete Behavior/Psychological Education Program that will change your life for the good. We will teach you the tools necessary to be successful on your own when you leave us. We also have an aftercare program to keep you on the straight and narrow.

Level 1

Extreme Weight Loss and Anti-Aging

For Obese and Older Clients

Our Level 1 Program has been successful for the last 20 years is for extreme weight loss and extreme health. We are the top experts specializing in people who have limited mobility and need to lose over 60 pounds, or older clients looking to add functional years to their lives. 

This Program specializes in Two Groups Morbidly Obese and the Elderly we even have specialty training rooms and Coaches with these expertise in line. We are the experts in this field.

We have had over 50 – 100 pound weight losses, a 205 pound in 24 weeks , 239 in 29 weeks and 303 lbs in 52 weeks. Do not trust your life to anyone else it is a gamble.

Level 2

Extreme Fit to Take Your Program to the Next Level

For Clients that have to lose 40 lbs or less

Our Level 2 Program people needing to lose 20-50 pounds, shape, and tone. Our intermediate level program is for people who have good to decent mobility. We start to push you very hard to maximize fat loss. 5 -7 hours of different fitness and strength training.  Customized Nutrition and Meal Plan.

We customize the program and push you to the limit of your ability. In this tier, we start looking at lean muscle mass, sculpting, and toning while focusing on losing pure fat.

You can have fun and workout hard. Serious results need serious Programs. The people who do not like our Program and negative results we get are usually from people deflecting from the importance of your change. We believe we are giving Time back to people and we are very serios about that job you trusted us to do.

You will be assigned to a coach by our management team with the help of your individual consultant based on your goals and needs.

Remember we are no Spa and our Success over the past 22 Years has been because we keep people accountable toward their Goals.

Each Level is complete with behavior program (planning for home) and The Power of 4. In addition, a complete aftercare program that will keep you accountable when you go Home.

Level 3

Athlete’s Program, Final Level, and Pre-Movie

For Athletes or people trying to Get Extremely Fit

Our Level  3 Athletes  Program  is for elite athletes and Stars looking to take Performance to the ultimate level and and increase lean mass.

Elite Level Program is designed strictly through science and technology in order to lose your last pounds of fat or gain lean mass. In this program you will be pushed to the absolute limits of your ability. We specialize in getting that last 10 pounds off, getting you ready for that modeling shoot, getting you set for that perfect role, or making you the best athlete you can be.

We will monitor lean mass, and increase performance. Coaches will be accountable to the managers for weekly progress reports that will focus on your athletes plan, nutrition excellence awareness and flexibility, and core increase.

Management and Coaches will work with the nutritionist to maximize fat loss through evaluation and customization of macro nutrients based on your weekly success for fat loss and lean sculpted muscle. This program is also available to the graduates of our level two program. If you are a sport enthusiast, we offer tennis, continuous football, basketball, water polo, swimming, running and biking around the island. Our Elite athlete Program ensures that you will increase power, muscle, flexibility, movement and speed. This is the program that most elite athletes use, and it is here awaiting you.

HOW WE CHANGE LIVES

Our program runs from Sunday afternoon to the following Sunday morning. During the week, you can expect to be occupied with various activities from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm. Your last class of the week ends Saturday evening, which kicks off your rest day. Once you decide to join our program, you will be sent a Client Profile to complete, which tells us more information about you and helps us to best prepare for your arrival. Based on your profile, as well as an assessment once you arrive, you will be given a customized workout schedule based on your fitness level.
