We will be taking you on a fitness adventure that will transform your body and mind. Our professional trainers will start you off with a schedule catered to what your body needs. We are able to do this through our personalized testing, making sure that each individual gets the exact attention they need to accomplish their goals and beyond.
Nutrition and Meal Plan
At Live In Fitness Retreat, we don’t offer a cookie-cutter program or promote the latest fad diet. Instead, we ensure that you reach your goals by customizing your meal plan based on your test results. First, We determine how many grams of protein, carbohydrates and fat should be in each of your meals. Then our chef weighs out the micronutrients and calories your body needs to maximize and guarantee your success.
We provide full-range, state-of-the-art physiological testing to determine where you are physically when start your program. We then take the results and implement a nutrition and workout program tailored to scientifically ensure your success. Some of the testing, nothing painful, you’ll undergo includes: RMR testing, VO2 Max, Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing, Real Age Technology
Yoga and Spinning
Live In Fitness Retreat offers many classes and workshops including Yoga, Spinning, Aerobics, and other cardio classes. We have a variety of courses meant to excite and fulfill our clients minds and bodies.
Los Angeles is filled with beautiful scenery and locations. From the Hollywood Hills to the beaches of Malibu, we have every thing you could ask for. We plan weekly hiking excursions, water sports, surfing, and other great outdoor activities. It’s important for us to give you a true taste of what California has to offer while you’re here so you leave feeling like you had a true adventure.
Our trainers, coaches, nutritionists, spa therapists and entire staff at Fitness Retreat will map out a well-crafted exercise with you to ensure optimal results. You will have a structured schedule that includes 5 to 7 hours of various training programs. Be ready to be treated like a professional athlete, because, although we motivate you at your pace, we will push you to new heights, helping you reach your true potential.
Planning For Home/Aftercare
From the day you walk into Live In Fitness Retreat we start preparing you for the real world. The true test is how well you can do when you go back home. We have a complete Behavior/Psychological Education Program that will change your life for the good. We will teach you the tools necessary to be successful on your own when you leave us. We also have an aftercare program to keep you on the straight and narrow.
3 Different Levels for Different Abilities based on Age, Weight and Mobility.
HOW WE CHANGE LIVES
Our program runs from Sunday afternoon to the following Sunday morning. During the week, you can expect to be occupied with various activities from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm. Your last class of the week ends Saturday evening, which kicks off your rest day. Once you decide to join our program, you will be sent a Client Profile to complete, which tells us more information about you and helps us to best prepare for your arrival. Based on your profile, as well as an assessment once you arrive, you will be given a customized workout schedule based on your fitness level.
