In Incline dumbbell we’ll only focus on the movement of the forearms. Once in position, curl the weights forward while contracting the biceps. Maintain a coordination as you breath out when you curl the weights forward and breath in when you bring the dumbbells back and biceps release contraction. Kyle recommends 3 sets of 12, 10 and 8.
Remember: energy bars before a workout won’t ever harm, but if your intention is to build muscle then you might want to include some protein.
Tip: Bananas are a great source of energy as well as protein, you want them in your diet.
