Healthy Protien Lemon Cheesecake

Mix up with beater or use gloves and squeeze mix together. Makes 30 mini Cheesecakes

In a bowl add 

  • 14 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 12 packs of Greek cream cheese
  • Lemon zest
  • Lemon extract half small bottle 
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup or 5 freshly squeezed lemon
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup stevia 
  • Measure mix in ⅓ cup add to 30 small packages 
  • Put one tablespoon at bottom of a cupcake or small plastic cup spray bottom add one tablespoon crumbs add one tablespoon on top to create lemon pie 
  • 3 tbsp graham cracker on the bottom
  • 1 tablespoon on top or chocolate chips
