You will be doing a variety of exercise paced to your individual level. Our fitness coaches, life coaches, nutritionist, and management staff will monitor, evaluate, and customize your individual success through weekly progress reports. From the first phone consultation we customize the program to you and implement your needs into your aftercare system! Through extensive testing we get a deeper realization of who you are and what your body requires. Our nutritionist will prescribe a meal plan based on individual knowledge of you and our state-of-the-art testing results. No stone goes unturned, getting you to your goals.
