Testing, Assessments, Constructing Your Plan

Hydrostatic body fat testing is the most accurate and technologically advanced method available to determine your body fat percentage.
We need to make sure that the weight that you are losing is pure fat, not the lean mass that you lose on most diet programs. By knowing what kind of weight you are losing, we are ensuring that we are helping to speed up your metabolism for the long term and that the inches are dropping off of you more rapidly. The tests may be run periodically during your stay, based on your coach’s recommendation, in addition to the start of your program and at the end of your program.
Metabolic rate is a measure of how much food, or fat, is converted to energy in a day. Resting metabolic rate (RMR) is the measurement of how much food, or energy, is required to maintain basic body functions such as heartbeat, breathing, and maintenance of body heat while you are in a state of rest. That energy is expressed in calories per day. So an RMR test shows how many calories you burn at rest, doing nothing more than sitting in a chair.
Knowing how much oxygen your body can transport and utilize when you exercise is an excellent measurement of your physical fitness, and that’s exactly what the VO2 Max testing system will tell us. This is important because knowing how well you are utilizing oxygen lets us know how strenuously you can exercise and still be safe. The more efficiently your body uses oxygen, the harder you can work out. Because carbs are a fuel source that must be replenished, burning them often drives you to eat more, undermining your attempt to lose weight. Keeping your client in a range that is burning the most fat possible will bring a return on their exercise investment that will dislodge even the most stubborn fat cells.
Zone training allows us to be specific to the goals of the individual. Heart rate zone training establishes optimal exercise intensities based on your unique metabolism, heart rate, current level of fitness, and health or fitness goals.
Our amazing scanner technology is nothing anyone sees in the world. We use it for inches lost, a complete clay diagram of fat, and a complete postural analysis.
Your Coach and Fitness Program
Our coaches will construct an individual plan and schedule for every client based on goals, individual level, injuries, and ability to exercise. Our coaches report directly weekly to Eric and Nicola Gibson (Program Director) based on weekly weight loss and behavioral results.

Coaches are responsible for a weekly progress report to ensure that each client is maximizing their fat loss and ensure the behavior life style change.
Your Chef and Nutrition Plan
Our amazing chefs prepare wonderful healthy food. They train diligently to learn from Eric Viskovicz, nutritionist for 21 years, and the engineer of the Lean Mass Approach (secret macro-nutrient program). The same system that has helped thousand of clients lose hundreds of thousands of pounds, while also engineering teams like the clippers, actors, and pro-athletes for optimal success.
We have a nutritionist on staff who meets one-on-one with our clients each week to counsel them on their eating habits and overall health. She works with them to address any issues they have that interfere with their weight loss goals. In these sessions, clients gain the tools they need to continue their progress once they leave camp. The nutritionist will go over good choices at restaurants, take clients to the grocery store to learn how to shop for healthy food, and give them tips on healthy cooking. Each person will get the individual support they need to come up with a plan for long-term health maintenance.
Finding Your life Balance with Our Signature Behavioral Plan
The mental aspects of weight loss and fitness are addressed in weekly group sessions facilitated by Eric. He teaches about motivation and self-coaching to help clients work on internal dialogue and behavior modification. He feels that it’s essential for clients to internalize multiple motivational tools to have continued success with their goals.
Over the next two decades, Eric fine-tuned this scientific system, integrating the final crucial element: the behavioral aspect of fitness success. The patented LIF system was (and is) so successful that clients from all walks of life and fitness levels have sought (and still seek) him out. These clients include the Los Angeles Clippers, Dodgers, and Kings, as well as professional athletes from other disciplines who need sport-specific help. When celebrities need to prepare for an important role or an upcoming appearance, they call Eric. Planning for Home, Our Patented After Care Program
Our after care is a careful program designed over 6 years of blood, sweat, and hard work. With over 100 videos the aftercare program is a complete extension of our program that has changed lives for the last 20 years. We collected over 20 of the best athletes, trainer to the stars, nutritionists, life coaches, and doctors in the weight loss and training world to ensure a culture of people working together to ensure you keep the weight off.
We have videos that support you when you go home complete with behavioral, nutrition, and complete workout videos including yoga, sculpting , muscle training, cardio, core, boxing and muscle building. In addition to the videos we have a complete meal plan that is a continuation of our successful program that is used by sports teams and for weight loss. Our meal plan is complete with recipes, weight loss or muscle building programs, complete with a chef to cook along with by beside you. Plus much much more! Our goal is to ensure you are taken care of while you are at our facility and when you are home. We love what we do and have spent the money to ensure you have continued support.
