Victor Lost 8 Pounds In 1 Week

Congratulations to Victor on being nominated for Client of the Week! Great work on your weight loss!

 

Victor is a 61-year-old Resort Development Businessman from Vancouver, Canada. He has struggled with his weight ever since he was young. As he got older, he would notice a pattern of gaining and losing weight in a cycle of 6 months. During his career, he noticed that his work was causing him to be off-balance with his own health. This started to cause Victor to feel defeated and mentally drained. “The biggest struggle I had through it all was binge eating while watching TV.” -Victor. In 2011, Victor had a breaking point where he wanted to change and found the Live in Fitness Program online. He then met Eric V. and absorbed outstanding knowledge on weight loss and nutrition.

 

Us:  “What chef-prepared dishes have been your favorite?”

Victor:  “I have loved everything! It is hard to decide which is my favorite dish.”

He also realized that in order to get incredible results he has to move his body. Victor says he likes the structure of the program and how results-driven it is.  “We do 5-7 hours of exercise that is paced to my body, and what I can do.” Trainer Sarah, has coined him, “The Hiking King”, as he just goes, and goes and goes, and loves every minute of it!  Coming back to LIF, he has gained more knowledge on his food intake and on how important putting on lean mass is to speeding up his overall metabolism. “The food, exercise classes, and lectures have helped me gain more mental clarity!”

 

Us:  What is your advice to clients thinking about coming to our Fitness Retreat?

Victor:  “I would say the knowledge and information gained, the basics such as meal plan and calorie deficit are so important. I also would like to say don’t expect it to be easy. Set your goals ahead of time and stay for more than a week!”

“Strength & Mobility is very important for older clients! I think it is incredible how quickly Eric and the Program get you back on track it has helped me strengthen parts of my body I have struggled with by pushing me through mobility exercises.”

“Eric talks about having an “Oh Shit Plan”, and Live In Fitness Retreat is part of my “Oh Shit Plan”!  I am so thankful I have Eric and his team to push me when I need it!”
