Caleb Lost 11.5 lbs in One Week
A”Shout Out” goes to our ‘Client of the Week’ Caleb…. He lost 11.5 lbs in his first week by committing to the program, applying the philosophy, having a purpose and following through on his personal goals. A great inspiration to all at Live-in-Fitness and a true testament that there are no limits to what you can achieve….
Caleb is an entrepreneur and business owner from Oakland, working alongside his brother for their family owned general contracting business. Since losing both parents Caleb and his brother continued the family legacy but also wanted to branch out and create their own as contractors. Caleb has always had a larger build and frame but started to notice his weight gain after losing his father last year. An emotional eater that found solace and comfort in food & drinking. As he was gaining the weight he also noticed a lack of interest in the activities and interests he used to enjoy such as hiking, fishing and basketball. This habitual lifestyle was replacing the joy in his life and he knew he had to break the cycle and really change his attitude to better his life. Caleb started researching programs on the West Coast. A place where he could be coached, be held accountable, clear his mind and work on himself. Live-in-Fitness fit that profile and Caleb made his decision.
When asked about his progress so far?
I’m very surprised and impressed with my progress. 11.5 pounds in my first week here was a big surprise!
What so far about the program has worked for you best?
Being able to break up some of the workouts with classes like basketball & zumba really helped as it keeps me relaxed and positive. The days where my heart was telling me to give up, my mind could refocus and reset with something I enjoyed and could look forward too… The classes really make you work hard and push you beyond your potential!
The LIF lectures are insightful and have taught me so much about nutrition that I was just ignorant off… Understanding how to read labels correctly instead of being led by the healthy marketing gimmicks. With the knowledge of the coaches I have a comprehensive understanding of the body, muscle groups and how you to train effectively. The staff are awesome and they all have a unique teaching style and are effective with it.
I feel confident and feel like the Caleb I am supposed to be. My ultimate goal is to be a healthy 220 lbs. I plan to join a boxing gym and already have a planned workout routine for home. At Live-in-Fitness their mission is to also focus on the behavioral, always bringing you back to your “purpose” & your “why”. My focus and purpose in life is to be healthy, happy, continue to grow our business and ultimately building a solid foundation so that one day I can settle down and start a family. Being at LIFE has put me back on course, I know what I want out of life and how to take the steps and have the courage to get there.
At this Fat farm I lost 11.5 pounds.Wow!
The people here I have met so far have been really nice… making a couple of great friends that I hope to keep in touch with as we continue our Health & Fitness Journey!
