We will be taking you on a fitness adventure that will transform your body and mind. Our professional trainers will start you off with a schedule catered to what your body needs. We are able to do this through our personalized testing, making sure that each individual gets the exact attention they need to accomplish their goals and beyond. Our trainers, coaches, nutritionists, spa therapists, and the entire staff at Fitness Retreat will map out a well-crafted exercise with you to ensure optimal results. You will have a structured schedule that includes 5 to 7 hours of various training programs. Be ready to be treated like a professional athlete, because, although we motivate you at your pace, we will push you to new heights, helping you reach your true potential.
NUTRITION AND MEAL PLAN
At Live In Fitness Retreat, we don’t offer a cookie-cutter program or promote the latest fad diet. Instead, we ensure that you reach your goals by customizing your meal plan based on your test results. First, We determine how many grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fat should be in each of your meals. Then our chef weighs out the micronutrients and calories your body needs to maximize and guarantee your success.
BEHAVIOR PROGRAM AND PLANNING FOR HOME
From the day you walk into Live In Fitness Retreat, we start preparing you for the real world. The true test is how well you can do when you go back home. We have a complete Behavior/Psychological Education Program that will change your life for the good. We will teach you the tools necessary to be successful on your own when you leave us. We also have an aftercare program to keep you on the straight and narrow. Our Power of 4 technology was designed by Founder Eric Viskovicz was designed from his 25-year life coaching career that allows each person to understand themselves better. We get to the source of the problem and start fixing it. We have found an increase in long term weight loss success at an amazing increased 50% of fat loss retention.
3 Different Levels for Different Clients
It takes a lot to Train someone back to health. Some need flexibility, some need to focus on Nutrition, others need life coaching, personal training( muscle and lean mass increase to promote the metabolic process). Other people need inflammation decrease, hormone therapy, an Allergy Meal plan, and more. Most need a combination of different things customized to maximize fat loss, lean mass retention, Overall health, and antiaging. We have different levels for different clients based on Flexibility, Movement, Age, Weight, and Goals. We do everything from Elite sports for the high-level athlete to low impact cardio.
Our Level 1 Program is for Extreme Weight Loss and Extreme Health
Which has been successful for the last 20 years. We are the top experts specializing in people who have limited mobility and need to lose over 60 pounds. Or, older clients looking to add functional years to their lives.

Our Level 2 Program is designed for the client who wants to lose 20-40 pounds.
This client moves well and looking to look good and get healthier and feel younger, our intermediate level program is for people who have good to decent mobility. We customize the program and push you to the limit of your ability. In this tier, we start looking at lean muscle mass, sculpting, and toning while focusing on losing pure fat. You will be assigned to a coach by our management team with the help of your individual consultant based on your goals and needs.
Our Level 3 Program is designed for the Athlete, Movie star, and who wants to have that Elite swimsuit body.
From the Testing to the lean mass increase that athletes need we will monitor and engineer the lean mass increase or decrease. This program will hit Balance, Flexibility, Movement, Strength, maximizing fat loss, and lean mass increase. This program has different requirements than the rest. Sports are included for the sports enthusiast.

Breakfast: Blueberry pancake with poached egg and turkey bacon
Lunch: Fish and chips with tossed salad (Sub Chicken Fingers and chips)
Snack: Crudite & Hummus
Dinner: Tomato/Red pepper bisque, Lamb chops, sweet potatoes and snow peas
Take-Home Snack: Banana Cream Custard (Protein Replacement Meal)
Day Two
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and cran/blueberry muffin
Lunch: BBQ Pork Sandwich and Coleslaw
Snack: Chocolate and Pb Protein Shake
