Rarely does a one-size-fits-all weight loss vacation result in maximum weight loss and maximum fitness gains. So called “adult fat camps” make the assumption that everyone approaches weight loss with the same history, lifestyle, and mindset towards fitness. Live in Fitness Enterprise knows that participants in weight loss boot camps are individuals, not just numbers (or pounds). That’s why we offer three different programs for people with different goals, and within each program, customized fitness and meal plans, nutrition sessions, and more.

Level 1: The Complete Lifestyle Change Program is targeted toward beginners who want to lose between 45 and 200 pounds. This program is also suited for those who have physical limitations and/or minor injuries that may prevent them from doing more strenuous exercises. Weight loss summer camps and year-round camps at this level help participants extricate themselves from old, unhealthy habits and gain control.

Level 2: The Extreme Weight Loss Program is a more intense regime that is designed to melt away 30 or more pounds. Exercises in this program are tougher than exercises in the Level 1 program and focus on achieving results safely and quickly. Like the Level 1 program, this program also helps participants adopt healthier lifestyles.

Level 3: The Boot Camp Intensified Program is for individuals who want to get in shape fast and boost their fitness levels to the max. The exercises are in line with what is typically thought of as exercises at summer boot camp: tough, intense, concentrated, and fun. Individual sessions help refocus health goals and instill good habits.
