At the L.I.F.E. boot camp for girls and women, workouts are a mixture of personal training, partnered sessions, and group workouts. Activities take place in a state-of-the-art gym and outdoors in beautiful Southern California. Every one of our women’s boot camp activities are varied, challenging, and fun. Depending on your current physical level and ability, you may participate in beach runs, kayak, hike through the Santa Monica Mountains, cardio box, do Plyometrics, take abs classes, and more. Through initial and ongoing testing to gauge your fitness, body fat, and other metrics, your personal coach will tailor your daily schedule to maximize your efforts and ensure that you get the kind of high-impact results that are expected from L.I.F.E. weight loss camps for women.

Just as women have different physical needs than men, they also have different dietary needs. To make sure that L.I.F.E. female participants’ nutritional requirements are met, we also personalize meal plans throughout the entire weight loss vacation. Daily, you’ll receive a protein shake and four gourmet meals containing the calories, proteins, fat, and carbohydrates your body needs to complement your efforts in the boot camp program.
