Robert possesses a rich background of culinary experience from area restaurants. He has worked with amazing chefs ranging from the world-renowned Iron Chef Morimoto to Chef Troy Thompson of the Ritz Carlton. Taking in priceless hands-on experience, he branched out to become Executive Chef at Signature Cafe. As Head Chef at L.I.F.E., Robert continues to take healthy cooking to the next level and recreates classic dishes with a healthy, innovative twist.
Robert feels fortunate that his job brings together what he is passionate about - food, living a healthy and fit lifestyle, and helping others through his work. He truly cares about his clients' well-being, and enjoys getting close to them through his cooking classes. The most important thing for him is that they take everything they've learned here about food, and have a different outlook on what they may have considered in the past to be boring diet food.
He would love to see the company be taken to the next level involving food and distribution - making meals available that help people lose weight and at the same time taste great. He would do anything and everything in his power to see that this operation dominates within its industry.
Robert holds a Culinary Arts Certificate from a Le Cordon Bleu accredited school, California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, California. He is also ServeSafe Certified.
