  • At the core of Marshall's personal training philosophy is a respect for the proven truths of science that help each client achieve their personal goals. At camp, he's able to use the latest technology to track results in a highly accurate way. Marshall has mentored under top cardiologists, physical therapists, and strength coaches to understand the heart and body's response to exercise. Marshall comes to L.I.F.E., with more than ten years of experience in personal training. In his current leadership role, his calm and calculating attitude helps him communicate prioritized tasks to his staff in order for them to complete them in a timely manner.

When he was five years old, he witnessed his dad having a stroke caused by unhealthy lifestyle choices. That traumatic moment lingers vividly in his mind to this day, encouraging him to make better choices for his health, and help others with theirs. He is thrilled that every day he sees breakthroughs in people's lives as they work toward their goals. He loves what this company stands for - where most companies thrive on overhead costs, and gym membership sales, L.I.F.E. thrives on each client's success.
