Biography

Due to her exceptional personal qualities, Grace has consistently been promoted to top positions throughout her housekeeping career. She is professional, caring, honest, creative, responsible, dependable, multitasking, and charismatic. She began her work in housekeeping at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel as a Room Attendant, and after a year was promoted to Executive Housekeeping. Then received a second promotion to Supervisor. She has also worked at the Century Plaza Hotel and Spa, starting out as a Turndown Attendant, then was promoted to Housekeeping Assistant Manager.
Her job at L.I.F.E. has given Grace an opportunity to work in a different type of atmosphere - it feels like a family, unlike working at a hotel. She likes to talk with the clients and get to know them. She learns their likes and dislikes in order to give them better service and treat them as individuals, so that they feel at home. She wants to make their stay as pleasant as possible, and she does.
Grace Rivera attended college in her native country of Guatemala.
