  • The Complete Lifestyle Change Program is a boot camp program for ultra beginners. It is a program for individuals who need to lose 45-200 pounds and who may have physical limitations or minor injuries. The complete live-in weight loss camp for adults and teens functions not only as a body makeover, but also as a step towards wellness for those individuals stuck in unhealthy lifestyles and eating patterns. This weight loss camp for teens and adults strives to help people break free from their destructive relationships with food and gain confidence and control when it comes to their food choices.

    Because this program focuses on lifestyle changes, we recommend longer stays for you to fully adopt your new behaviors and attitudes. Longer than most weight loss summer camps, this program runs from four weeks to several months in length. A typical day includes a variety of boot camp classes designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and build strength; nutrition-based classes; meetings with coaches, therapists, and nutritionists; personalized meals; and more.

    If your goal is to lose 30 pounds or more or get into shape quickly, you may want to participate in our Level 2 Extreme Weight Loss Program or Level 3 Boot Camp Intensified Program.
