If so, then the Boot Camp Intensified Program is for you. Level 3 boot camp programs are designed for those individuals who want to ramp up their fitness levels to the max in just a short amount of time. The live-in fitness vacation allows them to do that by concentrating on their bodies and participating in intense workout sessions. Sometimes you just need to get away from your normal surroundings and daily life so that you can refocus and recommit yourself to giving your body the attention that it deserves.

    The packages for this extreme fitness camp typically run from two to eight weeks. The program also serves as a bridal boot camp for brides (and grooms) who want to get in shape for the big day and start a healthy married life. We will customize your boot camp classes and the length of your stay so that they work for you.
