With our Specialty Packages, you will have a blast getting into the best shape of your life, and you may just do it while staying “under par”.

ANTI-AGING

You can't stop the hands of time, but you can change how time affects your body. Each of us has our numerical age and our real body age. With the Live In Fitness LIFE program, we help you learn how to reduce your real body age so that you are far less at risk for lifestyle-related health problems. It's like turning back the clock, and the end result is that you look and feel years younger.

INJURY PREVENTION & REHABILITATION

Don’t let old injuries hold you back from reaching your goals. learn how to work out safely as well as effectively. Our master coaches know how to teach you how to workout so that you become more fit while preventing gym-related injuries. Meanwhile, for those with existing injuries, we have the technology and experience to provide physical rehabilitation that will allow you to recover from your injuries while getting into shape. Then, as you become stronger, we'll work with you so that you learn ways to make sure that when you work out, you don't injure yourself again. Our combination of injury prevention and active rehabilitation is unmatched by any other fitness resort in North America.

INDIVIDUAL SPORTS TRAINING

Not everyone chooses to go to a luxury fitness resort to lose weight. Some people choose to visit our facility because while they may be in fairly good shape, they want to improve their abilities in the sport of their choice. No matter what sport you want to play, our expert coaches can design a fitness program that will help you improve your game. All of your exercises will be targeted towards your sport, and help you build up your body and develop the skills you need to excel. Some people choose our Individual Sports Training package because they want to join a community league and not be the last person picked for the team. Others do so because they are professional or semi-professional athletes who want to bring their game to the next level.

GOLF FIT

When you choose the Golf Fit package, your fitness & weight loss program will be dedicated to helping you improve your golf game while you become more physically fit. You will still be enrolled in the LIFE Signature Program with all that it includes, but you will have the additional benefit of building up your body in a way that will help you shoot under par. Because you'll want to keep up with your golf game, you will be much more likely to stay in shape after you leave the Golf Fit program. Playing just one single round of 18-hole golf can burn off more than 1,400 calories – if you can do that while enjoying yourself, you'll find it much easier to stay in shape.

CULINARY SERVICES

Finding the right food for your fitness goals is very important. You need to have a positive attitude toward what you eat, or you'll quickly go back to unhealthy eating habits. We have state of the art culinary services that make sure you are getting exactly the right foods with the right amount of nutrition. Many fitness resorts simply offer the same buffet to every guest every night. We know that doesn't work. Your needs are your own, and our culinary services staff will make sure that you have a diverse menu that meets those needs. In addition, we have specialized Culinary workshops and classes available to those who wish to beef up their Culinary expertise. Learn how to cook like a master Chef, and enjoy the fruits of your labors.

SPORTS TRAINING

Whether you want to get in shape to play well in a community basketball league or are a professional athlete who wants to take your game to the next level, Live In Fitness can help. We have specialized workout plans tailored to nearly every sport. Your entire diet and exercise routine will be geared toward helping you build your body and your skills so that you perform to your peak potential. Once we are able to complete our full assessments, we will customize the training, nutrition & behavioral program to get you to where you need to be. Each and every sport requires different muscle skills and abilities. We understand that, which is why so many amateur and professional athletes have chosen our sports programs when they want to reach the top of their game.

TENNIS FIT

When you sign up for the Live In Fitness Tennis Fit program, we will build a customized workout program that will help you improve your tennis game so you can learn how to win more matches while getting into shape and meeting your overall fitness goals. While playing tennis you need to move quickly, execute lunges, remain focused and have laser-sharp hand/eye coordination. You also need to build up a balance between upper body strength to ace your serves, and lower body agility in order to move across the court to return the ball. We'll incorporate targeted exercises to build up your upper body along with routines that focus on your lower body flexibility. We'll also provide you with yoga classes and other activities that help you learn how to focus and remove distractions that can cause you to miss the ball. Finally, we'll incorporate exercise routines that will build up your endurance so you can play just as well in the final game as you did during the first set.
