We talked to the personal trainers at the Live In Fitness LIFE program in Playa del Rey, California and asked them why having a personal trainer is important and how a personal trainer can help you lose weight and stay in shape.

  • Everyone’s body is different, as are their weight loss needs. If you try to find out ways to lose weight on your own, you will just get general advice – and much of it won’t be helpful for you. This means that he or she will find the most effective way for you to lose weight and get in shape. You won’t waste your time on exercises that won’t help you meet your goals.
