Weight Loss Tip #41: Don't beat yourself up if you have a setback.
Nobody is perfect, and you shouldn't hold yourself up to a perfect standard. No matter how hard you try to stick to your diet and exercise plan, one of these days you are going to get invited by your friends to go to a steakhouse or a burrito bar and you'll eat too much. Don't let this get you too upset – remember, stress can hurt your weight loss plans.
Instead, take it as a moment of indulgence and congratulate yourself for all of the days when you didn't go off your diet. Do a little bit more exercise during the week and just accept that you had a bit of fun – something we are all entitled to from time to time. Even Kate Moss pigs out once in a while!
