I'm wondering if you could put together a playlist for your Cardio Dance class for the Forum. It's a little bit of camp that I'd love to have with me. Can you post here pretty please? I wanna keep dancin'. - Claire

This made me laugh cause I feel like I have memorized those songs and the subsequent moves and every time they come on, I hear Omari in my head.... "we found love in a hearless place...YEAH WE DID!!!"

He always warms up with "Walking on Air"
Some other favorites:

and then there is sometimes a salsa song.
