Weight Loss Tip #28: Don't eat prepared foods.
Prepared foods are the enemy of any diet plan. Even a meal that seems like it should be healthy will be bad for you if it's a frozen or microwavable meal. They are full of processed food, which is hard for your body to digest and is much more likely to sit on your thighs. They are also full of chemicals and salt that can lead to constipation and bloating.
Prepared foods are not your friends and even though they may be easier than cooking a meal from scratch, they will be your diet nemesis. Stay away from them no matter what. One night's convenience is not worth a lifetime of being out of shape.
