The study proved that 30 minutes a week of interval training can spike the metabolism and drop blood sugar levels. After the intense training, the muscle cells become more permeable which increases the chances of the blood shuttling.
So no matter how busy we get, 10 minutes a day can solve a lot of our health problems!
