Weight Loss Tip #15: Throw out your takeout menus.

Take out and home delivery meals are your enemy! Nearly all of them are unhealthy, full of fat, and greasy. They taste good and save you from having to cook, but they won't help you lose weight. If anything, they'll put all the pounds right back on you.

But, if the takeout menus are around they can become very tempting. So, get rid of the temptation by chucking them out with the trash. That way you'll be much more likely to cook your own healthy food rather than calling up Domino's after a stressful day at work. Your body will thank you for it.
