Well it's the final week. I am excitied for this week and ready to try my best an hopefully end on a good number lost 7 pounds and 8.75 inches. I was very pleased with that. But good luck to everyone in the final week.

Hey Pat, just wanted to let you know you've been doing a great job since you got here. You are a silent killer. I'd love to see you in some classes....if I ever teach them
