Haven't been good about posting in my own section, so I thought I'd check in with it. My team had a great week of weigh ins, I'm very proud of you guys. This week we need to keep our calorie counts up and I want to see each of you in the stretching classes in the morning as well as the evening. I know I keep telling you to drink more water, but I promise you it will help with the soreness and stiffness. Any questions directed at me...write to me in this section. OK have a great day!!!
