I'm insrtucting the crossfit challenge this Friday night! We will be doing the following:
10 Minute Warm Up on cardio machine
25 Back Rows
1 Minute Squat Hold
50 Jumping Jacks
25 Shoulder Press
50 Bicycle Crunches
Cardio For 1/2 a Mile
Cool Down and Stretch
I'm looking forward to putting you all through a good workout!
