Level 1 Complete Lifestyle Change Program

The Complete Lifestyle Change Program is a boot camp program for ultra beginners. It is a program for individuals who need to lose 45-200 pounds and who may have physical limitations or minor injuries. The complete live-in weight loss boot camp for adults and teens functions not only as a body makeover, but also as a step towards wellness for those individuals stuck in unhealthy lifestyles and eating patterns. This weight loss camp for teens and adults strives to help people break free from their destructive relationships with food and gain confidence and control when it comes to their food choices.

 

Because this program focuses on lifestyle changes, we recommend longer stays for you to fully adopt your new behaviors and attitudes. Longer than most weight loss summer camps, this program runs from four weeks to several months in length. A typical day includes a variety of boot camp classes designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and build strength; nutrition-based classes; meetings with coaches, therapists, and nutritionists; personalized meals; and more.

 

If your goal is to lose 30 pounds or more or get into shape quickly, you may want to participate in our Level 2 Extreme Weight Loss Program or Level 3 Boot Camp Intensified Program.

 

Level 2 Extreme Weight Loss Program

The Extreme Weight Loss Program is not for the faint of heart. It is an individualized fitness and nutritional regimen that is your personal plan of attack against those extra 30 pounds or more. boot camp physical training at this level is more vigorous than at the Complete Lifestyle Change level and is designed for people who do not have physical limitations. Many of the people who participate in Level 2 boot camp programs are astonished at the amount of weight they can lose in a short amount of time in a healthy and safe manner.

 

The goal of Level 2 live-in fitness retreats is for you to shed as many of those bothersome pounds as is humanly possible during your stay. Stays range from one to 16 weeks in length depending on your needs and goals. Daily activities typically include a variety of challenging workouts, personal nutrition consultations, individualized meals, and more. The reason why we have the best boot camp is that we customize the regimen for each client. L.I.F.E. adult weight loss camps are not one-size-fits-all – that’s why we get results.

Level 3 Boot Camp Intensified Program

Need to get into shape quickly for an event or a vacation? Want to be able to climb a mountain, run a marathon, or just outrun your kids down the block? If so, then the Boot Camp Intensified Program is for you. Level 3 boot camp programs are designed for those individuals who want to ramp up their fitness levels to the max in just a short amount of time. The live-in fitness vacation allows them to do that by concentrating on their bodies and participating in intense workout sessions. Sometimes you just need to get away from your normal surroundings and daily life so that you can refocus and recommit yourself to giving your body the attention that it deserves.

 

The packages for this extreme fitness camp typically run from two to eight weeks. The program also serves as a bridal boot camp for brides (and grooms) who want to get in shape for the big day and start a healthy married life. We will customize your boot camp classes and the length of your stay so that they work for you.
