Operations Director

Seeking a full time on call operations manager for our establishment in Playa Del Rey, CA.
Candidate will be responsible for the establishment of operational procedures. Manage cleaning staff, maintenance, front desk, pro shop, and facility. Previous experience in a Hotel and/or gym environment preferred.

Minimum of 2+ years previous experience as Director of Operations.
Must have very strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Excellent computer and communication skills.
Great problem solving skills
