What is the Commit to Be Fit Challenge?


The Commit to Be Fit Challenge was developed by Live in Fitness™ to encourage healthy weight loss by adding competition and monetary motivation.

That said, this is NOT a weight loss challenge — it’s a body fat loss challenge.

We know from almost two decades of success stories, that if body fat percentage is your focus, you will shed pounds faster, you will feel and look better, and with your increased lean muscle mass, you will continue to burn calories long after you’re gone.

What does it take to win?

You have to be the contestant who decreases his/her body fat percentage the most over the four-week period.

You have to sign up for a 4-week stay, beginning June 1, 2015.

You have to Commit to Be Fit.

What are the rules?

You have to be here for a four-week stay, beginning June 1, 2015. (This includes clients who are already here.)

You can’t cheat. There’s not much we really need to put here, because there aren’t really any shortcuts anyway. Trust us…we’ve been doing this for a long time.
