Four Tips for Absolutely Amazing Abs

  • Don’t forget the cardio. In order to realize the results of an abs routine, pair it with fat-burning cardio so that the cobbled core underneath can begin to emerge.
  • Be sure to rest. Not working your abs may seem antithetical to the idea of getting in shape, but giving your body short rest periods actually helps progress rather than hinders it.
  • Some experts have suggested that abs respond best to intense training every other day. If your abs are sore, take a day off.
