Exercise is important for women of all ages, whether they are teenagers or seniors. But it’s also important to know the right ways to exercise. Working out the wrong way can be ineffective and in some cases downright dangerous. Here are some tips to help you make your workout as efficient and safe as possible:

  • Warm up and stretch before exercising: Whether you are just doing a light workout on your own or taking part in a serious boot camp physical training program, it’s important to make sure that your joints and muscles are loose and ready for exertion. It’s recommended that you break a sweat before stretching your muscles to avoid possibly pulling or even tearing overly-tight muscles.
